Subject: Inquiry Regarding U.S. Military Engagements and Interest in Estonian Residency

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing with sincere respect and a sense of urgency, both as a student of history and as an individual concerned about the direction of current global events. My inquiry concerns the United States’ evolving approach to military engagements—specifically the shift away from formal declarations of war, as required by the U.S. Constitution, toward prolonged conflicts authorized through less transparent mechanisms.

As I understand it, the last time the United States formally declared war through Congress was during World War II in 1941. Since that time, numerous military operations—such as those in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and beyond—have proceeded without direct Congressional declarations, often under broad authorizations or executive orders. This trend troubles me deeply, as it reflects what I perceive to be an erosion of democratic checks and balances, and signals what I believe is a move toward a new global conflict.

It is in this context that I am also writing to express my desire to seek residency in Estonia. I hold Estonia in the highest regard—as a nation that values democratic governance, rule of law, and national sovereignty. My intention is not economic migration, but a personal and moral decision to find a place where I can live peacefully and contribute positively, outside the sphere of what I perceive to be escalating global militarization.

If there is any guidance or information you could provide regarding pathways to immigration or residency in Estonia—particularly for individuals with deep concerns about the geopolitical future—I would be deeply grateful.

Thank you for your time, understanding, and commitment to international dialogue.

With sincere respect,
Aaron James Summers
